Working with year 9 boys to explore how conceptual art can engage boys in new ways of learning and to engage them more in art. This project involved generting ideas through sketchbooks and making activities, tutorials and a visit to Vauxhall car plant to stimulate their thinking and challenge them about what art can be. The boys explored what is was like to work as individuals and in groups, learning how to navigate through the difficulty of creating their own concepts and seeing it through to realisation
