EDUCE

EDUCE is an organisation that looks at how organisations can become more efficient through the adoption of creative approaches to improving processes and communications. Coaching and consulting on personal development plans Educe helps organisations to draw out the potential of people from early years primary schools, secondary schools through to universities and the workplace.

Educe is managed by Linda Jane James and Professor Paul Butler

Linda is an Accountant,Communications and Development Consultant/Coach and Mentor.  Linda is a qualified chartered accountant with over ten years of experience working for KPMG Management Consulting.  She also has a first class fine art degree from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design and uses creativity as a core part of her consultancy practice.

Professor Paul Butler is professor of Painting at the University for the Creative Arts with over 20 years experience in developing people to reach their potential through coaching and mentoring in the creative industries.

Educe also work closely with 'Drawing at Work', an organisation run by Trevor Flynn, an experienced tutor and practicing artist for over 20 years, using drawing workshops in the workplace to look at the processes for innovation and creativity.
